Video ad network Tremor Media has appointed Tim Williams to the new role of sales director. Williams joins the ad network from Utarget.Fox where he was online account director, responsible for online video accounts in the UK and throughout EMEA. He joined Utarget in October 2007 as TV sales manager. ()
Right Media, the online media exchange, has announced European sales director Damian Scragg is to leave the business, amid speculation that it is to be increasingly aligned with parent Yahoo!. Scragg's departure follows the exit of Paul Turner, UK director of business development, at the start of this year. ()

Age UK, the charity formed by the merger of Age Concern and Help the Aged, has appointed a marketing chief to raise consumer awareness of the brand. Director of fundraising Paul Farthing will oversee the charity's promotional initiatives and spearhead a £10m marketing push, due to break in the spring. ()
T-Mobile has promoted Lynne Ormrod as its first head of brand and advertising with responsibility for leading the mobile phone company's integrated marketing strategy. In her new role, Ormrod, formerly head of brand development at T-Mobile UK, will report to Lysa Hardy. ()
Morrisons has appointed Dalton Philips as chief executive, replacing Marc Bolland, who is set to start at Marks & Spencer as chief executive. Philips will take up his position at the supermarket chain in March, joining from Loblaw Companies, Canada's largest food distributor. ()

Future, the specialist publishing group, has appointed Carat associate director Steve Payne to the new role of ad planning director. Payne will manage a 14-strong team incorporating in-house marketing and market research and report to Future's publishing director Niall Ferguson. ()
