JWT has hired three senior executives from Lowe's Madrid office who have all worked on Unilever, a global client for both Lowe and JWT. Lowe Latina's chief executive Jean-Louis Roche, chief strategist Alex Pallete, and global creative director Facundo Goldaracena will form a new JWT ‘global task force'. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Publicis Worldwide has appointed former Leo Burnett leader Kevin Tromp as chief executive of Publicis South Africa. Tromp assumes the role after Francis Blitz, chairman of Publicis SA, announced he is retiring after 20 years at the agency. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Tim Hipperson, the former RMG Connect chief executive, is joining WPP's G2 UK in the new role of group chief executive. Hipperson will take on leadership of G2's London office and report to the chief executive EMEA, Pietro Leone. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Digital

Microsoft's chief marketing officer for consumer and online, Mike Fischer, is stepping down after nearly seven years at the company. Fischer joined the company's consumer and online division in March last year, two months after it launched. ()

Philip Bourchier O'Ferrall, senior vice-president of digital media, MTV Networks UK, Eire, Australia and New Zealand, has been appointed to the role of senior vice-president, digital media, for MTV Networks International. ()

Marketing

Former UKTV marketer Glenn Matchett has been appointed head of movies marketing at Sky, replacing Paul Gilshan who joined The Times in January. ()

Media

Global Radio's non-executive chairman Charles Allen has landed the executive chairman role at EMI Music, the indebted music label he joined as non-executive chairman at the start of 2009. Allen is also a non-executive director of Virgin Media and Endemol. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Initiative has hired former MediaVest digital chief Eric Bader for the new role of worldwide chief strategy officer. Bader, who will report to Richard Bevan, joins Initiative from mobile marketing agency BrandInHand.  ()

Former Titan Outdoor managing director Andy Moug and Titan Outdoor business delivery director Madalyn Roker have left JCDecaux, following JCDecaux's purchase of the Titan assets in January. ()

CBS Outdoor has appointed Michael Gibb, a former partner at Glasgow-based full service ad agency GRP, as its new business director in Scotland, replacing Sean Duffy, who left the company in December to pursue other interests. ()

Global Radio has appointed former Mindshare business director Dominic Poynter to the position of client strategist, reporting to director of commercial strategy Stuart Mays. ()

Reader's Digest's UK advertising director Flora MacMillan is one of nine staff to be made redundant at the publisher after the company's slide into administration last month. MacMillan had been working at the original title since 1988. ()

Bauer Media has appointed Mail Newspapers' head of magazines Ella Dolphin as publisher of its weekly glossy Grazia. Dolphin takes on the responsibilities of Abby Carvosso, the former deputy managing director of Grazia. ()
