Zurich Insurance names OgilvyOne to direct and digital accounts

LONDON - Zurich Insurance has awarded its direct and digital marketing accounts for Zurich Connect to OgilvyOne, following a two-way pitch against incumbent agency Publicis Dialog.

It is understood that Publicis, which held Zurich's below-the-line business for five years, retains the above-the-line ad account for the financial services brand.

Zurich has also called a pitch for its estimated £100m global media planning and buying account, although the result of that review is not yet know. The £8m UK account is currently held by Zed Media.

In 2004, Zurich consolidated its various ad accounts into Publicis agencies and subsequently adopted the marketing strapline ‘because change happenz'.
