Sodexo will provide sales and delivery of all hospitality packages, and catering for non-raceday activities including conferences and events.
"This is a particularly rewarding time for us as we have been working at Ascot Racecourse since 1998 as the exclusive caterer to the course," said Sodexo England and Wales sports and leisure managing director David Johnson.
"By renewing our contract, it shows the strength of our partnership that has been developed over the years and because of this the contract did not go out to competitive tender.
Over the next five years, we can look forward to many defining moments at Ascot Racecourse, including the tercentenary of Ascot racecourse this year and in 2012 we will celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of her Majesty The Queen."
