
The smokery, which specialises in locally caught salmon, will serve up a range of fresh fish dishes including a shellfish platter of lobster, langoustine, mussels, queen scallops, Atlantic prawns, squid, brown shrimps, crevettes, cockles, clams and oysters all served with a chilled bottle of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV.

The interest that has been shown by Sodexo in the sustainability aspect of our fisheries and their willingness to get actively involved in our restocking projects has been a real boost for us all at Severn and Wye," said Severn & Wye Smokery boss Richard Cook.
