Taking place between 2 and 20 December at a secret venue in London’s King’s Cross, the experience will be home to the fictional business Bolingbroke Franking Machines, and guests will be able to join the company’s staff for an evening of drinks, dinner and dancing.
Décor will include filing cabinets, potted plants and Acorn computers decked out in spray-on snow and plastic holly sprigs.
Following a welcome cinzano and lemonde and some big news from chief executive Henry Bolingbroke, attendees will be able to join in with a P45 pass-the-parcel, snake bites in an IT annex and buzzword-inspired ice sculpting.
Dinner will be prepared by Shuttlecock Inc’s chef Ollie Templeton and will include cured duck breast with rhubarb butter and watercress, chicken broth with saffron and crispy morcilla, braised beef shin with cannellini beans, chard and salsa verde and chocolate and raspberry terrine.
This year Shuttlecock Inc has organised a number of sell-out events including immersive pop-up dining experiences. Following its upcoming collaboration with Tom Conran’s event Rumble At The Deli, the company plan to take its travel-themed concepts abroad in early 2014.
