The company has secured the three-storey space on Blandford Street for the next five years and will hire out the venue to other like-minded event planners, as well as hosting its upcoming experiential foodie events in the downstairs floor of the building.
The first to be held there is Destination: Andalucia, which is set to open 30 July and run until 9 August. The event is part of the Mile High series, a succession of pop-ups based around air travel.
The new offering, the company’s first in nine months, will present guests with cocktails, food and entertainment inspired by Spain.
All three floors will be available to hire. Shuttlecock Inc said the street level features a "warm and welcoming restaurant space" for up to 50 with an open kitchen and bar. Downstairs has been designed with pop-ups in mind, while upstairs has been described as a blank canvas, "ideal for daytime events, exhibitions and screenings".
Carousel has been designed by Rise Design Studio, in partnership with Derwent London and the Portman Estate.
