
The company, which revealed to Event last month it would be , in Marylebone, London, said its Mile High concept would be taking place in the Big Apple between 24 September and 4 October.
The US concept, called Destination:London, will take place in a secret Manhattan location and will be inspired by 1950s air travel, taking guests on a multi-sensory journey featuring food, cocktails, music and interactive theatre.
Chef Oliver Templeton, formerly the executive chef at London restaurant Moro, will serve guests a four-course meal, putting his own unique twist on quintessentially British cuisine. The menu will include lightly smoked pigeon breast, chicory and pickled walnut, confit sea trout, oyster emulsion, dill and kohlrabi.
