The event, which will focus on the cuisine and culture of the northern state, will feature seafood tastings, live music, treasure hunts and a gold-panning activity.
Guests will also get the chance to learn how to cure, smoke and prepare the Alaskan king crab, sockeye salmon and black cod, by chefs from London restaurants Moro and St John.
The pop-up will stay open throughout the evening, turning into a gourmet seafood banquet for 80 ticketed guests. After-dinner events, which will be open to adults only, include gambling and dancing at the saloon bar.
Shuttlecock Inc has previously created a number of similar pop-up experiences, including an Indian-themed evening based on a railway tour of the sub-continent. Its plans for the summer include an immersive foodie hub, to be launched in Marylebone, London.
