
The unaudited figure for last year compares with £81,000 in 2011. The London-based business said it was the best result since the pre-recession years as well as being higher than the pre-tax profits achieved in 2008.
Seasoned Events saw a decline in turnover last year to £5.5m, compared to £6.5m in 2011.
Colin Sayers, managing director at Seasoned Events, said: "We had a great 2012 which was partly due to the Olympics. Sales were lower than expected in the early part of the year; however we benefited from London 2012 with several lucrative contracts and events and our post-Olympic sales spiked to ensure that our sales were as high as they have been since 2008."
He said Seasoned catered for over 65,000 guests in 2012, adding: "We were still able to offer our clients what they wanted despite these challenging times."
Last month, Seasoned Events retained its position as a supplier to , Banqueting House and Royal Hospital Chelsea following an evaluation process.
Earlier this month, the company also catered at the VIP launch of the new exhibition at Tower Bridge.
