The exclusive event featured a black and white theme, and guests were treated to entertainment based on the music of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Junior.
Guests were invited to a drinks reception, which featured Manhattans cocktails served in a martini glass, Bourbon, sweet vermouth and bitters with a burnt orange twist and garnished with a cherry.
As an alternative, attendees were also able to sip on a Scavi and Ray elderflower Prosecco with mint leaves.
The menu consisted of a steak and chips starter, served as a Carpaccio of Longhorn beef with tomato salsa, oyster mushroom dressing, with frisée and purple potato chips.
Main included poached halibut and London Island lobster, along with Palourde clams and sea herbs, all of which was served as a Long Island seafood platter. The meal was finished off with a Florida pineapple as dessert.
Colin Sayers, managing director at Seasoned Events, said: "It’s great to be able to show guests what can be achieved at the Tower Bridge Walkways. The venue is a very flexible space and can be themed to create an even more unique and intimate experience.
"I would also like to thank all of our clients and guests that attended in making it such a memorable evening."
