The service, eDigitalCommunities, will allow users to set up interactive forums for visitors to contribute opinions, comment and feedback to company websites, which will then be used to develop a greater understanding of users.
The company said the package would become increasingly important as businesses took more interest in the opinions of target audiences.
Among the features is a forum allowing respondents to rate the relevancy or accuracy of other member's posts appearing on websites, and set up their own online profile to monitor previous post records.
Michelle Fuller, director of eDigitalResearch, said: "A unique feature of eDigitalCommunities is that users can be encouraged to add their feedback via free text responses and online surveys, thereby increasing the feeling of two-way survey participation."
