Aimi Kirby and Lacey Tudur are both joining as research analysts, having previously worked as analysts for West Sussex County Council and New Zealand's Ministry of Fisheries respectively.
Lucy Barton joins as a research executive and Sarika Khurana will join the team as a technical research analyst from Hampshire County Council.
