CheetahMail's new in-house creative services division will create an email design that will significantly appeal to customers' interests in home improvement while Experian's email delivery service will target DIY customers with Focus DIY's latest offers.
The creative services division will also help boost opening and click-through rates as well as online transactions.
Colin Ball, commercial services director of Focus DIY, said Cheetah's creative services division would be a key component in the success of the email campaign.
"Because CheetahMail is involved at the outset, the creative will perfectly reflect the Focus DIY brand and marketing message while allowing us to use one email marketing services provider for all of our requirements," he said.
Denis Sheehan, chief executive of CheetahMail UK, added: "With the addition of our creative services division, the CheetahMail proposition is now even more compelling to email marketers."
