The system will enable Hilton International to personalise email newsletters according to customer demographics, preferences, behaviour and purchasing patterns. It will also ensure that email marketing campaigns can be sent in 17 languages.
Analysis tools will also enable Hilton to compare campaign performance in terms of transactions as well as open and click-through activity with each message.
