CheetahMail boosts email division with creative team appointments

LONDON - Experian-owned CheetahMail has introduced a new creative services team to work on strengthening the success and appeal of its email marketing campaigns, affording clients the choice of dealing with just one company.

CheetahMail's team of three designers, headed by creative services consultant Brian Wild, will provide clients with email marketing services from the initial concept through to HTML design, campaign delivery, management and analysis.

The company could quickly expand the team if, as expected, there is a high demand from clients looking to appeal to a broader audience.

CheetahMail UK CEO Denis Sheehan said: "Organisations now recognise that visual impact is as important online as it is offline and in the last year we have seen our clients look towards CheetahMail for guidance in creative issues."

The company said it hopes that by providing design and campaign managements as part of the same service the new formula will take off.

"Our creative team has the talent and flair to make a real difference to the success of email marketing campaigns. We believe that design and campaign management are part of the same service and, judging from the response from our clients, the formula is going to be a great success," Sheehan said.

CheetahMail now provides email marketing and customer intelligence services to more than 200 clients.
