The direct mail and email marketing will target Partnership Card holders and warm responders, to help drive footfall into Waitrose branches over the coming weeks. Partnership Card customers who have reduced spending at Waitrose will also be offered money-off vouchers.
Elsewhere, Waitrose recently announced the launch of a new loyalty scheme, the Waitrose Food Club, in a bid to boost customer retention.
