It is the first time Victoria Warehouse will host public sporting events, catering for 1,400 guests at each event within its main room.
The boxing events will consist of a full day of entertainment and will feature Hughie Fury, Matthew Hall and Ryan Doyle competing in 50/50 contests.
The events will be followed up with live sports screenings, with the first event screening the Fifa World Cup qualifier match of England vs. Italy, as well as an aftershow party running through to 5am.
The PA system for the events will be supplied by Ringcraft, via boxing stalwart Mike Goodall, who will also MC the programme. Each event will be lit and filmed by independent broadcast company Televideo.
Faye Millar, head of sales and marketing for Victoria Warehouse, said: "This is a huge partnership for Victoria Warehouse and we’re delighted to be adding sports to our 2014 calendar.
"14,000 people will attend BoxNation events at Victoria Warehouse over the next two years, experiencing a full day and night of entertainment and we couldn’t be happier."
Warren, managing director of Queensberry Promotions, added: "These events are aimed towards creating a boxing legacy in Manchester, which will see top talent from the surrounding area being developed into tomorrow's champions.
"I have every confidence that we will have a full house at each event, and am looking forward to our debut event on 14 June."
