
The new Taste Festivals event - in partnership with home appliance company AEG - is hosted by TV chef and food writer Gizzi Erskine and includes appearances from Brazilian chef Alex Atala of Sao Paulo restaurant D.O.M, and three Michelin-starred Massimo Bottura.
Also on the bill is Heston Blumenthal’s executive chef at the Fat Duck Group, Ashley Palmer-Watts, who will present alongside forager Miles Irving on the live stage, as well as drinks creator Tony Conigliaro.
Meanwhile, London-based food design and events production company Bubble Food will be demonstrating its event catering skills.
Three food stations will showcase some of Bubble Food’s signature fare, such as liquid nitrogen poached mousses, and host interactive workshops for guests to have a go at making molecular caviar.
The event takes place from 6-11pm on each of the three days from 25-27 April at the Wapping venue.

Food experts and chefs take to the stage to give an insight into their inspiration behind food.
AEG Experiment
Showcasing creativity from top chefs including Bo London’s Alvin Leung, The Kitchen Table’s James Knappett, Bruno Loubet and Duck & Waffle’s Daniel Doherty.
Mixology Bar
An interactive mixology lab and experimental cocktail bar.
Noma Flavour Test
Lars Williams, Noma’s head of research and development, will hold tutorials and master classes.
Research Lounge
Presented by Joe Warwick, the Research Lounge will host a Q&A session offering insider information, tips and techniques from the professionals.
