The El Bulli: Ferran Adrià and The Art of Food show will go behind the scenes of the Spanish restaurant’s laboratory and kitchen, which was set up by Adrià and has since closed, but has previously won the World’s Best Restaurant accolade.
Throughout the exhibition, which takes place between 5 July and 29 September, Bubble Food’s chefs will be hosting interactive workshops demonstrating the scientific methods and technical equipment to corporate visitors.
Attendees will be able to see the caterer produce mousse with liquid nitrogen as well as creating olives in a water bath.
Bubble Food has also been appointed as one of the caterers for corporate events during the exhibition, due to its molecular menus largely influenced by Ferran Adrià and his cooking.
Michael Collins, managing director of Bubble Food, said: "The techniques developed by Adrià have had an enormous influence not just on restaurants, but on the hospitality industry as a whole.
"We are delighted to pay our own tribute to this remarkable talent, and the fact that we can do so at one of London’s most prestigious venues is the icing on the cake."
The exhibition will also feature a multimedia display of essential ingredients infamous with Adria and his team's cooking, along with restaurant reviews and archive footage of the chefs and clientele.
