The Surrey-based company will provide the catering for 1,500 guests each day over the course of the weekend (20-21 July).

It will also provide catering exclusively for the Patrons Pavilion, the Rolls Royce Pavilion and 16 private chalets at the event.

For this year’s airshow, which is the largest of its kind in the world, Tapenade will be serving a traditional afternoon tea with champagne in the hospitality chalets and a three-course sit-down meal for the Pavilions, for which the menu will change both days.

Breakfast will feature platters of exotic fresh fruit, pastries and bacon rolls.

Tim Stevens, managing director of Tapenade, said: "The Royal International Air Tattoo is considered one of the UK's premier outdoor events and we are delighted to have been invited back again this year.

"We are very much looking forward to welcoming patrons and corporate guests with our stylish and varied menus."
