The company will provide meals for 17 of the hospitality chalets at the world’s largest military airshow, taking place at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire from 16-17 July.

It will also cater for The Patrons Pavilion and After Show Dinner.

The menu is to include a breakfast of exotic fruit platters and pastries, a hot buffet lunch, fruits de mer and iced charcuterie stations, an array of desserts and a selection of cheese and biscuits.

"The Royal International Air Tattoo is considered to be one of the UK’s premier outdoor events and we are delighted to have secured the catering contract for this year’s show," said Tapenade managing director Tim Stevens.

"We are very much looking forward to welcoming visitors, patrons and corporate guests with our stylish cuisine," he added.
