Sodexo will provide conference support, restaurant and conference dining, bar facilities, housekeeping and accommodation services at the venue from 1 August.
"We are delighted to have won this contract to provide services at the Stirling Management Centre," said Sodexo account manager Paul Cowie.
"We look forward to working with the centre and to further enhancing our partnership with the University of Stirling.
Sodexo was awarded a £9m contract to provide catering and hospitality services to the University of Stirling in 2009.
