The Art of Dining’s latest concept is named The Colour Palate and will focus on the emotional impact colour can have on all the senses. As each course is brought out, a new colour scheme will floodlight the dining room, as well as new music being played and new drinks being poured.

Co-founder, artist and set designer Alice Hodge has created the interior environment, while co-founder and chef Ellen Parr has produced the five-course menu. Music will be provided by BBC Radio 1 DJ Gemma Cairney.

The dining events will take place Wednesday to Saturday from 20 August until 6 September at Carousel in Marylebone.

. The three-storey Blandford Street building is available to hire for pop-up companies, event organisers and exhibitors.
