The SECC seeks sponsorship deals for its latest venue in Scotland

The Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) has appointed AEG Global Partnerships to find commercial and sponsorship partners for the Scottish National Arena in Glasgow due to open in 2013.

The venue is part of the development of the Queen’s Dock and will include a VIP seating area, luxury suites, cafes and restaurants.

Multiple partnerships and a headline naming rights sponsorship deal are currently available, in a move hoped to echo the success of the O2 in Greenwich.

"AEG, as with all our commercial partners, will work alongside these brands to push the boundaries and ensure their investment offers them maximum exposure to new audiences and go above and beyond ‘traditional’ sponsorship," said AEG Europe executive director of sponsorship Paul Samuels.
