With just over four weeks until the start of the third London 2012 Open Weekend (23 - 25 July 2010), Locog has teamed up with athletes from across the UK to encourage people to challenge themselves.
The London 2012 Open Weekend will give people across the UK access to a range of opportunities including building a boat, performing in a ballet and running a leg in a 3k relay race.
