The venue, which is one of the oldest continuously operating yacht clubs in the UK, will be taken over in its entirety for the KOC Olympic House from 24 July to 12 August 2012.

Korean Olympic Committee (KOC) president Mr Yong Sung Park said: "It is with great appreciation that Team Korea is welcomed to one of London’s most prestigious centres of cultural ambience and tradition. We graciously look forward to Team Korea’s luxurious stay at the Royal Thames Yacht Club."

Tasked by the KOC, The Concerto Group was delighted to have introduced the Korean delegation to the venue.

Chairman Mike Kershaw added: "We look forward to assisting the KOC in the months to come to deliver a successful Team Korea House during the London 2012 Games."

The venue had been looking to host a National Olympic Committee, and Kershaw said it is delighted to be able to welcome the KOC for the 2012 Games.
