The was created by Flame Digital and marks the agency's first viral work and its first work for Holiday Extras.
Kaye plays a drunken Irishman called Seamus Murphy who runs a budget holiday car park service with his family.
His shambolic service is designed to provide a contrast to the secure service Holiday Extras offers its customers.
In addition to the viral, Flame Digital has also created a for Seamus Murphy's car park on the Holiday Extras website where visitors can win props from the set and view outtakes.
Matthew Pack, web and marketing director at Holiday Extras, said: "With this viral, we wanted to show viewers the opposite end of the scale to the Holiday Extras offering.
"Where we offer quality and personal service, we wanted to contrast that with disorder and rudeness. Getting Paul Kaye on board was a real coup and we are anticipating that the results will generate widespread views and debate."
Dom Rodwell, creative director of Flame Digital, added: "The Holiday Extras viral has been a fantastic first project for the viral department.
"The combination of Paul Kaye, the great script and belief from the Holiday Extras marketing team means we have produced a piece of brand collateral that people will be talking about for months."
