Based underneath Waterloo Bridge in south-west London, the new space will be called One Embankment to fall in line with the company’s two exisiting venues – One Marylebone and One Mayfair.
Capacities of the venue will be 400 for dinner and 800 standing, and will be available for booking from February 2014.
Andrew Morrow, head of events at One Events, said: "People were wondering whether our next space would be another church. I think three would have been pushing it.
"We didn’t want to become pigeon-holed into a specific type of venue and this space offers our clients something really different to what we currently do."
The new venue will be incorporating some in-house production and offering One Dining, the company’s catering division, to clients, as well as kitchen buyout opportunities for caterers.
