
Located on Grosvenor Place, the space can cater for dinner events for around 200 and standing receptions of 400. Its features include high ceilings, gold cornicing and tall windows.
The venue will be open for events from 1 November, offering bookers a dry hire rate and in-house packages. It will officially relaunch in February following a one-month refurbishment plan.
One Events, which has since April 2014, has secured a lease on the Belgravia property for three and a half years, with plans to extend this further.
Andrew Morrow, head of events at One Events, said: "With the forthcoming closure of One Mayfair, we have been looking to increase our portfolio for the last few months and I am confident that with our reputation, agencies, brands and private clients will love One Belgravia."
