
The 1,400sqm covered Victorian market hall will host the inaugural Completely Retail Market Place exhibition on 1 May, followed by the first New Blood graduate showcase from 25 – 29 June.
Karen Millar, HR manager of property marketing agency Squeeze, said the market will provide a "stimulating" and "relevant" venue to debut the Completely Retail Market Place event.
"Old Spitalfields Market is accessible and convenient for city-based and West End property professionals, and it’s also a shining example of how to get retail right," she commented.
D&AD, the firm behind the New Blood graduate event, held a showcase of its Student Awards at the market two years ago.
Its event director Jane Morley said: "New Blood is a significant scale-up for us. We could not imagine a better and more appropriate location in the heart of London than Old Spitalfields Market to bring the talents of the design and advertising communities to the wider attention of business, media and the public."
