The campaign makes a catalogue of clips from series seven of the popular TV show available online, 20th Century Fox said.
The site has launched with 150 clips, and 20 new clips will be added each month for the duration of the six-month deal.
The site also encourages engagement and viral activity by allowing users to share content and download skins to customise their MySpace profile page. There is also the chance to be voted ‘fan of the month'.
Last year 20th Century Fox launched a Facebook app for the show. Called 'Peter Griffin's Sex Club', it was described as "rude, crude, and just plain wrong".
