Marriott hands CRM duties to Broadsystem

LONDON - Marriott UK and Ireland has appointed customer communications specialist Broadsystem to expand its direct marketing programme in the UK and Irish markets.

Broadsystem will create and manage all Marriott direct marketing campaigns and will also be responsible for the design, build and management of a customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

Broadsystem will use Alterian technology to build the platform, having established a partnership with the software firm earlier this year.

The technology will support modelling, campaign management, metric reporting and content deployment through a number of channels including email and direct mail.

"The new platform will allow us to further personalise the dialogue we have with our customers, and launch our hotel developments currently in the pipeline."
