Part of the Crown Group, the Romford-based food and venue management provider said the contract will extend beyond catering and hospitality. It will include the marketing and delivery of events in a unique mezzanine area in the Open Centre part of the development.
The company will also be delivering catering at numerous large-scale events taking place in its outdoor space - the piazza - which can accommodate 6,000 people, as well as across MCUK.
Kudos will be opening a new café as part of its contract, serving a range of hot and cold dishes under its Feed brand.
Jon Pryce, managing director at Kudos, said: "The key reason that Kudos was the favoured partner is that we were able to deliver all elements of the contract including the marketing and delivery of events with minimal on-site kitchen facilities."
MCUK in Salford is owned by The Peel Group and is home to the BBC, ITV, Coronation Street, Satellite Information Services and the University of Salford.
The complex comprises of 80 businesses and 378 apartments, and is becoming a hub for the creative and digital sectors.
