The free event, designed to showcase Victoria as a vibrant destination, will invite local residents, tourists and people from local businesses.
The group’s caterer, Seasoned Events, is to provide a sit-down meal for 100 guests, while Piggotts will erect a 9 by 18-metre carpeted marquee, complete with dining area, traditional bunting and digitally printed banners.
Charles Beer, managing partner at Crown Group, said: "As a group we are delighted to be able to support organisations that are planning events to help local communities celebrate the jubilee."Both our businesses are experienced in large and small events, including festivals and national celebrations, and will bring their expert services to Victoria for what is billed as a fun and patriotic afternoon."
