The deal, which commences in January 2012, will see Kudos extend its existing contract with the HAC at Armoury House, its City headquarters.
Kudos head chef Graham Strong and his team will continue manage the members’ restaurant and cater for banquets in the Prince Consort Rooms and Long Room.
Kudos managing director Jon Pryce said: "Our relationship with the HAC has always been based on a mutual desire for quality British menus; it is this collective passion that makes our joint venture such a resounding success."
