The five-year deal, expected to be worth almost £8m in total turnover, will see the firm provide all food and venue management services at the historic hotel, once the home of William the Conqueror.
The hotel has 33 bedrooms and four function rooms, with capacities of up to 100 people, and an additional three syndicate rooms.
Crown Group managing partner Charles Beer said: "Our view is that good food is good food, no matter what the venue. Our food credentials, coupled with our commercial know-how, will enable us to deliver a level of service that this historic venue truly deserves."
The news follows a win by Kudos’s sister firm Seasoned Events, which has landed a £3m contract with Thames Luxury Charters (TLC) to provide banqueting and events aboard its fleet of four luxury charter boats, situated at Butler’s Wharf by Tower Bridge.
