The magazine said its online edition, which will be available once the print edition is on sale, is accessible via the Hello! Magazine and will "replicate the print magazine in every way".
Users will be able to choose between buying a single copy of the digital edition or taking out a £78 yearly subscription.
The online edition will also contain a search function for articles and can be saved to people's computer desktops.
Verity Smart, editor of HelloMagazine.com, said: "The digital version of Hello! is just as glossy and gorgeous as the print original -- and even more accessible."
Last August, HelloMagazine.com agreed a deal with AOL UK to publish exclusive interviews and TV personalities via the service provider's subscription account.
In the latest magazine ABC figures, Hello! was more than 200,000 copies behind Northern & Shell's market leading OK! Magazine, which regained the number one spot from Emap's Closer to record a circulation of 624,091.
Hello! Magazine registered a 2.3% six-month increase to 412,807 between July and December 2006, and was also up 5.7% year on year.
