Emap's Closer and Heat are continuing to grow their market share and registered period-on-period and year-on-year rises, although its recent launch of current affairs-led First did not have a storming debut.
First managed to sell 100,439 copies, which leaves Emap much work to do before June to meet its target of 150,000 copies after one year on the newsstands.

Hello! is more than 200,000 copies behind its rival OK! and is on 412,807, up 2.3% over six months and 5.7% over a year.
ACP-NatMag's celebrity and real life hybrid Reveal has been unable to gain traction since its launch in 2004 and on 345,508 is up just 1% over six months and flat over a year.
