Bookmakers Coral have now cut the odds of Jason winning the series from 6/1 to 3/1, making him joint favourite alongside gay hairdresser Daniel Bryan.
Jason, whose flirting with former model Vanessa and penchant for baring his buttocks are clearly a hit with punters, has already become Ladbroke's second favourite this week, behind Daniel. Yesterday, the bookmaker put Jason's odds at 4/1 with the bookmaker saying that it was reviewing its prices today.
If successful, Jason will no doubt be buoyed by the news that Orkney fish trader Cameron is carving out a successful career in the media.
Cameron told Scotland's Daily Record that he had been signed up as a BBC One Scotland roving agony uncle, for a programme called 'Teen Commandments'. During the programme, which will begin broadcasting in November, he will interview teenagers at live events such as T in the Park.
He also told the paper that he is booked up for the rest of the year presenting on Radio Scotland and performing in a musical and a panto.
Meanwhile, the current crop of housemates are gearing up for what they believe will be an eviction tonight. What they do not realise is that the eviction will be fake, with two housemates instead being placed in a grotty, Seventies-style bedsit where they will get to spy on and control the lives of those remaining.
They will then be reintroduced into the house and will escape nominations for the following week's eviction. Those in the running for the move are Ahmed, Michelle and Emma.
