On tonight's show, viewers will see Ahmed, who is up for nomination alongside Michelle and Emma, lose the plot as one of this series' trademark deliberately annoying alarms begins to ring.
The former asylum seeker from Somalia grabs a set of plates and hurls them at the steps of the Jacuzzi in frustration. He then storms off on his own and will be seen on tonight's show in tears over what he believes will be an eviction this Friday.
Elsewhere in the house, Victor, Stuart and Jason were sharpening their claws as they begin to air their correct suspicions that Nadia has had a sex change.
Victor, who on last night's show labelled himself its "dirtiest player", referred to the Portuguese transsexual as "Carlos Desperate Dan."
These latest developments appear to show that the producers' aim of making the show the most evil to date have paid off, however viewers are not yet fully behind the idea.
While last week's shows averaged 4.6m, compared with 4.5m for the first week of last year's series, this week the figures are slightly down, but still healthily above the 4m mark. Monday recorded an average of 4m, while Tuesday and Wednesday's shows averaged 4.4m.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman said that Tuesday's 10pm show did manage to gain the highest share at that time, 27.6%, while Wednesday's show recorded a peak audience of 5m.
On tomorrow's fake eviction show, two housemates out of Ahmed, Michelle and Emma will be sent to a grotty Seventies style 'Big Brother' bedsit, where they will spy on the remaining housemates, have control over their food and water and then be reintroduced within a week.
This comes as the possibility of romance in the house appears to be waning. Stuart has begun to more actively spurn the advances of Michelle, while Vanessa has told Scottish body builder Jason, who yesterday was second favourite to win the competition behind Dan, that love is off the agenda in the house.
Meanwhile, production staff who were heard to make lewd comments about housemates after being accidentally filmed during a web broadcast last weekend have been reprimanded and have apologised for any offence caused.
