'Big Sister' retribution eviction planned for Friday night

LONDON – Channel 4 has hinted that Big Brother has pencilled in tomorrow night's show to evict a housemate in retribution for Kitten's rebellions, as it emerged that the self-proclaimed political activist's popularity in the house and among the public has plummeted.

Producers are now understood to be looking at the possibility of altering Friday's traditional eviction show to add in the departure, caused after Kitten broke house rules for a third time.

A spokeswoman said: "It's something extra for Friday but at this stage we are not sure whether it's going to take over that show. We will know more tomorrow."

This would mean as many as three housemates going in one fell swoop. As it stands at the moment one housemate will face eviction. This housemate will then have to choose a second person with the third evicted in retribution by Big Brother.

The twist was added in an attempt to clamp down on Kitten's perpetual rule breaking.

Emma, already labelled this year's Jade Goody for her dippy comments, was called to the diary room to read out the announcement from Big Brother. It told shocked housemates: "Big Brother is bored by housemates continuing to break Big Brother rules…the housemate chosen to be evicted and the time of this eviction will be entirely at Big Brother's discretion."

Bookmakers William Hill have now installed Kitten as the firm favourite for eviction, with some punters putting three figure bets on her early departure. This follows an angry exchange between the Brighton-based lesbian and the other housemates during their first task yesterday.

During the task, involving plate painting, Kitten ranted about the way asylum seekers and homosexuals are persecuted, only to be told by Daniel that, "I think you're more likely to be discriminated against because you've got a big mouth anyway."

Audience figures for last night's show averaged at 4.7m and peaked at 4.9m, up from the 4.4m who tuned in on Tuesday and the 3.3m on Bank Holiday Monday.
