E.ON "The big dip" by Engine

Elegant synchronised swimmers take a dive in a pool heated from thin air to showcase E.ON's sustainable energy sources.

The ad reinvents urban sprawl with streets repurposed as pools and swimmers replacing cars. To produce the film E.ON used its air source heat pump technology to warm all 2.5 million litres of Barcelona’s 1992 Olympic swimming pool, so it looks as if an entire city street has been flooded. The work was created by Rosanna Walker and Chris da Roza and directed by Scott Lyon through Outsider.
