E.ON stays with EuroDirect for data needs

LONDON - Energy provider E.ON has extended its contract with EuroDirect for the provision of consumer data to support customer and prospecting campaigns.

The power and gas company will make use of EuroDirect's full suite of postcode and household level Cameo classification products for customer segmentation, profiling and prospect targeting.

E.ON will use the data collected to develop its customer insight, reduce churn and encourage customers to upgrade to additional or alternative services.

John Dobson, managing director of EuroDirect said: "E.ON has been a client of ours for the last eight years and we're extremely pleased that they have chosen to sustain our data relationship. This is clear evidence of the quality, depth and breadth of our data assets."

E.ON will continue to use EuroDirect's data matching techniques to match enrichment data to its existing customer database.
