
Between 6pm and 8.30pm, ‘Dancing on Ice’ had an average audience of 8.2 million on ITV1 and ITV1 HD, a 30.2% share of the available audience. A further 212,200 watched the show on ITV1 +1.
The second instalment of the show, ‘Dancing on Ice: The Skate-Off’, which saw former ‘Coronation Street’ actor Steven Arnold knocked off, had an average audience of 7.30 million across ITV1, ITV1 HD and ITV1 +1.
Last week (16 January) ‘Dancing on Ice’ attracted an average audience of 9.12 million. Of that total, 8.93 million viewers watched the show on ITV1 or ITV1 HD, a 33.3% share of the available audience.

The new 'Stig' got off to good start on ‘Top Gear’ with an average audience of 6.3 million between 8pm and 9pm on BBC Two and BBC HD, a 20.7% share of the available audience.
On BBC Three and BBC HD, the cult drama comedy ‘Being Human’, which follows the lives of a ghost, a vampire and a werewolf, drew an average audience of 1.54 million viewers between 9pm and 10pm.
The figure includes 1.37 million viewers who watched it on BBC Three and 173,700 viewers on BBC HD. It is more than double the average of 646,700 for BBC Three during the 9pm slot.
