Children's Society appoints Vivid Lime for digital brief

LONDON - The Children's Society has appointed digital agency Vivid Lime to handle an online campaign incorporating pay-per-click, affiliate and email marketing activity.

The , which provides support for children facing discrimination and social disadvantages, will launch an online campaign next month, including affiliate marketing, pay-per-click activity and online partnerships.

Vivid Lime, which also handles work for Columbus Direct and Complete Ski, will work with The Children's Society for an initial six months on the brief. The appointment marks the first time the charity has appointed a digital agency of record, though it has used WWVA Rapp Collins on a project by project basis in the past.

Carolyne Coupel, head of acquisition marketing at The Children's Society, said: "The Children's Society believes that while technology has given us great access to mass audiences, the need for integrated and targeted communications is now more essential."
