The food design and event production company will cater at the new venue, which was formerly the Covent Garden Flower Cellars and has been completely redeveloped. It now holds 450 guests standing and is home to an exhibition of photos from the Magnum Photos collection and cinema artifacts until September.
Michael Collins, managing director of Bubble Food, said: "The new gallery is housed in some 15,000 square feet of brick-vaulted underground space. Both the size and the location will make it ideal for any type of event, both corporate and private. In particular it will provide the perfect backdrop for film premiere parties. We look forward to creating some suitably inventive and dynamic events that will do justice to this amazing new space."
Bubble Food will also cater for London Film Museum Covent Garden’s launch event for agencies and events bookers on 24 April, serving its signature molecular creations such as liquid nitrogen poached bubblegum mousse and foie-gras profiteroles with violet jelly.
