The food design and event production company has launched its first trolley dollies, who serve cocktails from bespoke trolleys in outfits that can match the event theme.
On the menu are old school tipples with a contemporary twist, like a gin fizz espuma with lemon shards. Other Mad Men-style trimmings like 50s cigarette girls can also be added for extra effect.
