
Bubble Food is known for its molecular creations, with floral-inspired pieces including gold lavender jellies, red rose trifle with freeze-dried raspberries and jasmine iced tea with jasmine flower cubes.
Michael Collins, managing director of Bubble Food, said the caterer will be drawing inspiration from the "beautiful surroundings" at The Chelsea Gardener.
"This success is the culmination of an incredible year for the company, one that has seen us serve guests including performers in the Olympics closing ceremony as well as Prince Harry at the Royal Charity Polo Cup," he added.
