BBC appoints eDigitalResearch for quarterly surveys

LONDON - Online market research company eDigitalResearch has been appointed by the BBC to provide quarterly surveys and reporting for a variety of its websites.

The surveys will gather feedback from users on the usability, content and appearance of the sites.

The results will be reported to the BBC and used for various purposes including editorial development, technical improvements and cross-site promotional placements.

The BBC has overseen the direction and content of the surveys, while the technical teams at eDigitalResearch advised on their execution and delivery.

EDigitalResearch has worked with organisations including BT, B&Q, Royal Mail, NHS, Microsoft and John Lewis. It has also developed five online research tools including eProductRating, eMysteryShopper and eCustomerOpinions.
